The founding of the CoreSkills Transformational Academy Limited  marked the pivotal moment in this career—driven by a clear vision: to design forward-thinking, impactful strategies that empower leaders and organizations worldwide. My work has always centered on helping individuals, teams, and companies not just navigate, but truly harness their potential in the Future of Work through innovative Learning Experience Design.
