My journey into the corporate world has been both purpose-driven and dynamic, fueled by a deep passion for transformative growth in individuals and organizations. Over the last twelve years, I’ve been privileged to shape the landscape of leadership, learning, and development on a global scale. Founding CoreSkills Transformational Academy marked a pivotal moment in my career, driven by my vision to create forward-thinking, impactful strategies that empower leaders and organizations worldwide. My work has always centered on helping individuals, teams, and companies navigate the complexities of the corporate world and harness their potential in the Future of Work through innovative Learning Experience Design.

As I advanced, my purpose became clearer: to build bridges between learning and leadership, equipping people with the resilience, agility, and insight to succeed. From pioneering advanced development techniques to launching impactful coaching initiatives, I committed myself to trailblazing approaches that make a difference. Alongside a Ph.D. in Educational Planning and Management from Prowess University and top certifications, including Google Hustle Academy and UN Women’s Affirmative Procurement Training, I gained a holistic perspective that blends rigorous academic insight with actionable strategies for real-world transformation.

Throughout my journey, resilience has been essential—each challenge has been an opportunity to grow stronger and inspire change. Today, I am honored to serve in influential leadership roles, from my position as the Training and Development Lead at Equip Nigeria (an affiliate of the John C. Maxwell Foundation) to the Education Team Lead at Pistis Life and Leadership Institute and as Senior Special Assistant to the Director General at the Chartered Institute of Mentoring and Coaching Nigeria. These roles allow me to deepen my commitment to excellence, working with organizations to create enduring positive impact.

Being globally-minded has been vital, as my journey has taken me across various cultural and organizational landscapes, helping me understand the universal yet unique needs of diverse teams. As a Fellow of the Pan African Consultant Association and a member of advisory boards within and beyond Africa, I work alongside visionary leaders to foster growth, creativity, and resilience in the global workforce.

Beyond consulting and training, writing has been a profound part of my journey. As an author of 28 books, I share insights on business,, leadership,, mentoring, coaching and personal development, drawing on experiences from my career to empower readers. My work has been a continuous journey of innovation, and it’s been a privilege to connect with countless individuals, sparking new conversations, building relationships, and guiding leaders to unlock their highest potential.
